We all remember these little chocolate rectangles. Getting one at school for someone’s birthday or as a class treat was the best thing to happen in our little lives. So I wanted to recreate that nostalgic feeling for all my people with gluten and dairy allergies out there.
Ingredients: Brownie Batter (Cane Sugar, Cocoa (processed with alkali), Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), Salt, Natural Flavor), Coconut Oil, Eggs, Water), Ganache: Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), Water, Confetti Chips (Sugar Powder, Vegetable Fat (palm), Cacao Powder (3%), Soy Lecithin, Acacia Gum, Vanillin (artificial flavoring), Salt, Carnauba Wax, Talcium Powder, Titanium Dioxide, Red No. 40, Blue No. 1, Yellow No. 5, Yellow No. 6, Red No. 3).
